Where a product-specific warranty is displayed with an item or order, that warranty controls its coverage and period. This page explains how a potential manufacturing issue is evaluated.

Common exclusions

Normal wear, sunlight fading, moisture, accidents, pets, misuse, unsuitable hardware, incorrect installation, alteration, customer measurement error or care contrary to instructions.

Normal seam and pattern placement

Transit wrinkles that respond to approved care

Warranty claim containing order number, product label and clear photos

Submit a useful claim

  1. Stop using or altering the affected item if continued use may worsen it.
  2. Send the order number, item name, delivery date and description.
  3. Attach a full-view image, close-ups and label photographs.
  4. For an installation-related issue, include hardware and mounting photographs.
  5. Keep the product and packaging until review is complete.
Resolution: if a covered defect is confirmed, Swift Curtains will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the applicable warranty and UK consumer law, which may include guidance, repair, replacement part, remake, replacement, price reduction or refund.
