Six terms in plain English
Hardware
The pole, track, rings, hooks and brackets that hold and move the curtain.
Heading
The construction at the top of the curtain, such as eyelet, pinch pleat or wave.
Coverage width
The complete pole or track span the closed curtain must cover.
Drop
The vertical finished length from the correct hanging point to the hem.
Fullness
Extra fabric width used to create folds; it does not make the opening wider.
Stack-back
The wall space occupied by the curtain when it is fully open.
